Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zavro ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using Zavro on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Zavro account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@zavro.com of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that isn't yours.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Zavro offers a Free plan and paid plans (Founder and Pro). Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

• Prices are shown in USD on our pricing page.
• Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from Settings.

You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of your first payment. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Zavro name, logo, product design, and software are owned by Zavro and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain all rights to the financial data, notes, and files you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process and display Your Content solely so we can provide the Service to you. We do not sell Your Content and do not use it to train third-party AI models.

Zavro includes AI-generated insights and coaching. These features are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Zavro is not a licensed financial, legal, tax or investment advisor. See our AI Disclaimer for full details.

We work hard to keep Zavro available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or create risk for other users. On termination, your access ends and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zavro and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.
